U.S. buyers please read!
Buyers will not need to pay the 10% duties tax. It will be covered by the sender.
Order limitations*
- Max. combined item value cannot exceed USD$100
- Products have to fit in a bubblemailer envelope of inner size 14.2x22.9cm
- Parcel weight cannot exceed 0.5kg (for reference, charms/badges: ~15g each, pc holders: ~50g each)
- Parcels will not be returned to me if there is a failed delivery attempt!** Please make sure to receive your parcels.
*If order exceeds either value (weight/size/cost), you will have to place a separate order.
**After clarifying with my local post, they are unable to confirm the regulations after a failed delivery attempt as it is dependent on the US post to decide how they want to handle the parcel. However, it is certain that parcels will not be returned to sender. Please contact your local post if there are any issues with delivery as I will not be able to provide assistance!
Packaging will be minimal to fit more items into the envelope so buyers can save on shipping. If you are concerned with items being stuffed/having a lack of aesthetics, please do not place an order.

What is your shipping method?
Singapore's Singpost with Registered Mailing (mailing with tracking).
All items will be bubble-wrapped for protection, but please note that I have no control over the packages once I've sent them out!
When will my items be shipped?
Parcels will be sent out within a week of placing orders if they're instocks!
Will you be providing us with tracking numbers?
The number will be emailed to you once orders are sent out. Do check your junk/spam if you can't find it!
How long does PO take?
Current batch of preorders will reach me in December.
They usually take ~3 weeks to be delivered to me from my supplier after I've placed orders, unless there are manufacturing delays. It will then take me at least a week to pack and send them out.
Can I return/refund my items?
There is strictly no refunds or returns once order has been placed.
Refunds or replacements* (buyer can choose either or) are only applicable if received items are damaged**. A complete unboxing video will have to be recorded as proof, and a full refund will be given once video has been vetted.
*I will not be able to ship replacements unless buyer is willing to cover shipping fees again.
**Refunds will not be issued if items are damaged due to post or courier mishandling! E.g. external torn/broken packaging, weathering etc.
